Our Vendor- booking Services

In spite of the fact that "Cyprus Wedding Center" has mainly been constructed to offer its services to couples to plan and carry out their wedding, saving in this way much money, however, in case, for any reason, you do not wish to get into the procedure of booking some or all your vendors, we could offer this special service to you. Please, note here, that in this case you will get the same prices as that of the vendors, but you will be charged a reasonable amount for our service offered.

It is up to you to decide what and how many services you will need. However, if you do not know what you will basically need we will be glad to recommend.

How this service works:

1. Email us all the vendors/services you wish to be of service to you.
2. We come in contact, on your behalf, with these vendors (2-3 of each category) and get back to you with their prices and the service(s) they are to provide.
3. You choose the vendors/services of your preference, we check for availability and make the booking(s) for you.
4. We get back to you with your vendors' contact details, along with their invoices.(A deposit has to be paid by you directly to the vendors)
5. We confirm your bookings approx. 3 months prior to your wedding.
6. One week prior to your wedding, we run-through your requirements with each vendor to confirm dates, times and deliveries on your wedding day.
7. We inform all vendors of the schedule and details of your wedding day.
8. We provide each vendor a list with all vendors of ours involved in your wedding day so they can coordinate their responsibilities.
9. On your wedding day we act as your "Support Center" by telephone to ensure that you will get all the services you have booked and give any further assist to our vendors. Request Form

Need help finding the right wedding vendor/service?

If you only need help in finding particular type of wedding vendors such as wedding photographers, Wedding Decorators, Florists, beauty services, Fireworks, Dancers, Magicians...etc., we will make our best recommendations. We have all of the vendors, you should consider for your wedding day. Many couples hire a Wedding Planner to help plan and book the wedding vendors for their entire wedding, if they have the budget. Through Cyprus wedding Center you can come in contact directly with these services and get the best deal, without others interfering and therefore without commissions, saving a lot of money.

Not having the time to plan all the details? Use our "Vendor- booking Services". You will get the same prices as that of the vendors but you will be charged a reasonable amount for our service offered.

Legal Papers service:

If you need help with the arrangement of a wedding ceremony in Cyprus (license and civil ceremony bookings) we are happy to assist.

• Checking all the required documentation with the relevant authorities before your arrival in Cyprus.
• Booking your pre-wedding appointment, to process your marriage Licence and submit required documentation.
• Booking and confirming the wedding date and time (applicable to Town Hall ceremonies).

We request that you fax through your documents to Cyprus Wedding Center at least 4 weeks before your arrival date. Request Form

Please note: the Marriage Licence fee is €281.90 - to be paid in Euros by yourself at the Town Hall appointment which we will arrange for you.
